In Chennai City Selaiyur PS police found an old man at road side during their patrolling. He was able to say only his name as Kanthasamy and no other details were known. Hence they handed over the old man to Meyyanbu Trust at Chitlambakkam Chennai. Kanyakumari district WSSI 1003 Tmt. Mabin Simila of DCRB Nagercoil received the photo through WhatsApp group and searched in CCTNS portal with the photo of that old man and found that the photo was matched with the Missing person named Karuppasamy (85) S/o Madasamy, 82/1 Jeeva Nagar 2nd street, Jaihindpuram, Madurai who was missing in Madurai City Jaihindpuram PS Cr No 285/2024 u/s Man Missing. Hence the details were informed to the relatives of the missing person and to Jaihindpuram police station. The missing person's Son Ganesan confirmed the matching and the missing person Karuppasamy was reunited with his family.

An unknown dead body was found at the back side of petrol bunk at Athiyanalloor on 31.05.2024 and a case was registered in Cuddalore district Pudhuchatram PS Cr No 151/2024 u/s 174 CRPC. Tmt.Mabin Simila WSSI 1003 of DCRB Nagercoil in Kanyakumari district used the Missing Person search tool available in CCTNS and found the identity of the deceased to be one Krishnamoorthy (81) S/o Govintha Samy, Vandaiyankuppam, Bhuvanagari Taluk, Cuddalore district who went missing from his home on 28.05.2024 (case registered in Cuddalore district Orathur PS Cr No 71/2024 u/s Man Missing). The identity of the Missing was established  and it helped the investigating officer to detect the case. Thus a Missing person case was detected with the help of CCTNS.

An unknown dead body was found at Avadi bus dippo platform foot path on 15.06.2024 and a case was registered in Avadi City Avadi PS Cr No 428/2024 u/s 174 CRPC. Tmt.Mabin Simila WSSI 1003 of DCRB Nagercoil in Kanyakumari district used the Missing Person search tool available in CCTNS and found the identity of the deceased to be one Raveendran (62) S/o Venugopal, No81/A Shanmuga Padmavathi nagar, Ondikuppam, Thiruvallur who went missing from his home on 14.06.2024 (case registered in Tiruvallur district Manavala Nagar PS Cr No 264/2024 u/s Man Missing). The identity of the Missing was established  and it helped the investigating officer to detect the case. Thus a Missing person case was detected with the help of CCTNS.

In Thoothukudi District WHC.185 Tmt.Christy Femila, while matching the Missing persons with the UIDBs in CCTNS portal, She found that a Missing person named Anthonydhason(75 ), S/O, Motchakan, 3-150/2 Annai Therasa Salai, Saral, Saral(P.O), Kanyakumari District who was missing in Kanyakumari District Vellichanthai PS Cr.No.68/2024 u/s-Man Missing was matched with the unidentified dead body of Tirunelveli District Panagudi PS Cr.No.432/2024 u/s.174 CrPC (Unknown). The matching was confirmed by the Missing Person’s daughter Anto Suja Mary,

In Thoothukudi District Eral Police station Cr.No.116/2024 u/s-174 CrPC (Un Identified Dead Body) case was reported on 11.06.2024. Thoothukudi District Missing person Nodal  WHC.185 Tmt.Christy Femila, got information from Eral PS, that the persons native is Tiruvananthapuram District. So She sent the Un Identified Dead Body’s photo and other details to Kerala state Tiruvananthapuram district through whatsapp. The missing person’s son Vishal saw the whats app message and contact Missing person Nodal WHC.185 and said that the un identified dead persons’s name was Ravi, 59/2024, S/O, Shanmuga Rettiyar, 39/244 Kotthuval street, Manakkadu, Tiruvananthapuram and also said, who was missing on 11.06.2024 at Thoothukudi. This way the missing person was traced by WHC.185.

A case of unidentified dead body was reported at Avadi City - Nazarethpet PS Cr.No.226/2024 on 01.06.24 at 19.00 hrs. SCRB Nodal Tr.Karthikaimani, SSI, used the missing person search in CCTNS Portal and matched the identity of the deceased on 24.06.24  to be one Yuvaraj  (49) S/o. Munusamy, No :3/983 Bajanai Kovil Street, Madhanandapuram, Chennai, Who went missing from his home on 31.05.24. case was registered at  Avadi City - Mangadu PS Cr.No.463/2024  u/s Man Missing on 06.06.24. Because identity of the deceased was established, it helped the investigating officer is detecting the case. Hence both the cases were referred by the concerned Investigating Officers.

  In Tirunelveli City, Melapalayam PS  Tin city Nodal Tmt. S. Esakkiammal WSSI 1288 ,  use the citizen Portal in CCTNS   for  matching  of Missing  person with that of  unidentified dead bodies.  As a  result of this on 26.06.2024 she matched  one Missing person named    Gnanasekar  (33)  who was missing in Chengalpattu District,  Mamallapuram PS  Cr.No. 302/2024  u/s  Man Missing  is matched with the unidentified dead body in  Chengalpattu  District,  Sadras  PS Cr.No. 204/2024  U/s 174- Crpc.  The matching  was confirmed  by  Wife.  The sincere effort  of the  Tirunelveli city Nodal Tmt. S. Esakkiammal WHC 1288 was  appreciated. 

In Thoothukudi district Srivaikundam PS Sub Inspector  Tr. Antonyraj and police team conducted vehicle check up near Alwarthoppu. At that time SI checked a two vehicle with registration number TN74AE7854 in CCTNS PS App  and found that the two wheeler was stolen in Thoothukudi district Kulasekarapattinam PS Cr No 240/2022, u/s 379 - IPC. After that SI Tr. Antonyraj  handed over the two wheeler with accused  to Kulasekarapattinam PS for further action.

In Tiruppur City Thirumuruganpoondi PS one person Kavashkar - 39/2024  S/o. Annadurai, No. 14/14, EB main road, muthuramalingampuram, Pykara, Madurai Dist was arrested in Thirumuruganpoondi PS Cr.No. 142/2024  U/s. 392 IPC. In this regard the Query of the accused name search was verified by Thirumuruganpoondi PS PDEO through the CCTNS Portal & it was found  that the accused was involved  in  Redhills Dist, Ambattur PS Cr.No. 89/2019 u/s 392, 34 IPC - NTF Stage
