The details given by the user in online complaint will not be used for any purpose other than redressing the complaint. Police personnel may call only to confirm genuineness of complaint, and this online complaint cannot be claimed as proof of an FIR.

The camera of your handset may be used to upload any document which you want to attach in your online complaint and NO OTHER INFORMATION WILL BE CAPTURED THROUGH YOUR MOBILE.
